You are the Fish!
What a lovely fishbowl you live in.
It's full of nice clean water, says the cat.
The cat sticks his dirty little paw in the water and splashes a little out.
The fish doesn't mind, it didn't really hurt anything, did it?
The cat comes every day and puts his dirty little paw in the water and splashes out the water, a little here, a little there, but, the fish is still swimming and has plenty of room.
The cat continues to come and splash out the water a little at a time until there is barely enough water to cover the fish.
That's when the fish notices that his movement is restricted and he has a big problem.
I bet he wishes that he could have his water back.
I bet that he wishes he could move around and swim freely once again...
